Roquefort Dressing II
"I love Roquefort dressing, but have never really found a bottled brand that I like. This is wonderful! Hope you like it. Be sure to use a real mayonnaise rather than Miracle Whip for this one." Original recipe yield: 10 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 ounces Roquefort cheese
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder and celery salt. Crumble cheese to desired fineness and whisk into dressing.
