Honey Oatmeal Bread I

"A tasty and healthy toasting bread for cold winter mornings."  Original recipe yield: 1 -1 pound loaf.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 7/8 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

    DIRECTIONS:
  • Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the multigrain setting, and press start.
