Honey Oatmeal Bread I
"A tasty and healthy toasting bread for cold winter mornings." Original recipe yield: 1 -1 pound loaf.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup bread flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons honey
7/8 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the multigrain setting, and press start.
