Crunchy Taco Mix
"This snack mix is a crunchy lunchbox snack treat or a great party snack." Original recipe yield: 8 cups.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES ® Butter
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
8 cups bite-size crispy corn cereal squares
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in oven (3 to 4 minutes); stir in seasoning mix. Add cereal; stir to coat evenly. Bake, stirring after half the time, for 10 to 12 minutes or until cereal is crisp.
