Roccos Olive Bread
"Rocco's olive bread is a white, fluffy bread with a hint of garlic. Ooo la la!" Original recipe yield: 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf.
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces black olives, drained
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread Setting; press Start.
