Corn Salad I

"A delicious cold salad for hot summer days, and so simple to make."  Original recipe yield: 6 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 ounces white corn, drained
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)

    DIRECTIONS:
  • In a bowl, mix the corn, green onions and eggs. Add enough salad dressing to create a smooth creamy consistency. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
