Apricot Cookie Frosting
"This frosting is especially devised to be spread on top of the Frosted Apricot Cookie." Original recipe yield: 4 dozen.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup apricot preserves
3/4 cup pecan halves
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together sugar, butter or margarine and apricot preserves until well blended.
Spread frosting on Frosted Apricot Cookies, and top with 1 pecan half.
