Brown Sugar Frosting
"Great on Praline Cookies (see recipe)" Original recipe yield: 2 cups.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon white corn syrup
2 tablespoons water
1 cup confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Cook all ingredients except confectioner's sugar in iron skillet until smooth. Remove and add sugar. Spoon/drizzle over cookies. Frosting will harden when cool!
