Whole Wheat Zucchini Herb Bread

"This bread is very light and rises high."  Original recipe yield: 1 - 1 pound loaf.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup grated zucchini
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    DIRECTIONS:
  • Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Set for Basic Bread cycle, or Normal setting.
