Maple Whole Wheat Bread
"Chewy, hearty, whole wheat bread for bread machines!" Original recipe yield: 1 (1.5 pound) loaf.
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups water
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select wheat bread cycle; press Start.
