Coconut Frosting and Filling
"Perfect for a white layer cake!" Original recipe yield: 1 -9-inch layer cake, frosting and filling.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sour cream
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS:
Combine sour cream and sugar; mix well. Stir in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread top and sides of two 9-inch cake layers.
