Russian Creme Fruit Topping
"A quick and tasty topping for fresh berries. May be served with a sugar wafer as garnish." Original recipe yield: 2 cups.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Stir sugar and vanilla into sour cream until sugar is dissolved.
