Velveeta® Cheeseburger Mac
"A delicious, satisfying recipe that the whole family will enjoy." Original recipe yield: 4 to 6 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
2 3/4 cups water
1/3 cup catsup
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 pound (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product , cut up
DIRECTIONS:
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in water, catsup and onion powder. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
