Broccoli Pesto Angel Hair
"Serve with tomato slices, warm garlic bread and a tall glass of cold Perrier® water." Original recipe yield: 4 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup hot water
2 MAGGI® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, prepared according to package directions
1/4 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large clove garlic, peeled
1 (9 ounce) package BUITONI® Angel Hair Pasta
DIRECTIONS:
COMBINE water and bouillon in small bowl; stir to dissolve.
PLACE broccoli, broth, cheese, basil, oil and garlic in food processor or blender; cover. Process until smooth.
PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Toss broccoli pesto with pasta. Season with coarsely ground black pepper.
