Irish Soda Bread III
"Irish Soda Bread for the bread machine. This recipe makes a wonderfully tasty loaf." Original recipe yield: 2 pound loaf.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
3 teaspoons caraway seed
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2/3 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit bread or basic bread setting. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
