Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
"Excellent restaurant style macaroni with cheese that knocked me away!" Original recipe yield: 4 serving.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups macaroni
6 ounces processed cheese, shredded
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Mix into pasta, Cheddar cheese, processed cheese and cream. Sprinkle with salt.
